“Daar zijn we weer” is Dutch for “Here we are again”. This is actually an inside joke for people who know dutch “culture”. On dutch tv there used to be a program about high-society parties and there was one interior designer who went to all of them! So everytime he was spotted they played the “Hallo daar zijn we weer”-jingle.
Anyway, here we will rant and rave about the local coffee, lunch and dinner places here in Amsterdam and beyond, because service seems to be a dirty word here in the service industry! And of course there is always room for improvement.
