I think in Amsterdam the most famous grasshoppers are the coffeeshops with that name, but it’s also the name of a fruitshake with wheatgrass at JuicyDetails. Being the birthday of my friend and him having a bit too much too drink the night before with his collegues, he needed a bit of a detox to get his day going. So first we went JuicyDetails to have a nice shake.
JuicyDetails is a juice bar where you can get lots of freshly squeezed juice mixes. We decided the go for the grasshopper which also has wheatgrass juice in it. Later the girl behind the counter told us that the juice we had was equal to one kilo of vegetables! Yeah, we were feeling healthy. Anyway making the juice takes a bit of time, because everything is freshly made, so we had to wait. But even though is was busy the girl took the time to bring our juices, instead of only telling it was ready and us getting them ourselves. The juice tasted really nice and not like grass at all. So with friendly staff and healthy products, it’s a place to come back to!
